Precision Bin Solutions is owned and operated by Jeffrey Fay and Mike Dunn, two Frederick County residents who saw a real, repeat need in their community: residential and commercial trash bins are filthy, smell terrible, attract pests, and most people will never deal with the problem themselves.
PBS exists to make that problem go away — affordably, professionally, and on a predictable schedule. We aren't aspirational or premium-luxury. We're working-class professional: the kind of local business that shows up when they say they will, does the job right, and hands you a clean container at the end of it. We compete on reliability, sanitation rigor, and local trust — not on being the cheapest or the flashiest.
Knows your trash day. Texts you the night before they're coming. Doesn't track water across your driveway. Doesn't leave a mess behind. Hands you a card and says "tell your friends" — and means it.
Show up on the day promised. Communicate proactively if anything changes. The customer should never have to chase us for an update.
